We are setting our youth up for failure. Physical activity is so very important for the health of our children and should be taken very seriously. Physical activity has many benefits for our children including:

schools, we as parents and educators must take action to protect our children
and society.
Our mission is to create a basic fitness program that will:
The program will include a variety of activities to
help them learn their way around a gym, find fitness products they like and
fits their needs and introduces them to a range of cardio activities.

We are setting our youth up for failure. Physical activity is so very important for the health of our children and should be taken very seriously. Physical activity has many benefits for our children including:
- Increased protection from injury
- Improve overall health and strength
- Improve self-esteem and confidence levels, which also translates to better behavior overall and better grades
Our mission is to create a basic fitness program that will:
- Help sedentary pre-teens/teens find activities they enjoy and a develop a love for physical activity
- Learn the basics of fitness components including strength training and flexibility
- Learn about setting and achieving goals
- Teach teens to exercise safely and effectively
- Educate teens about the basics of nutrition
The overall goal is to create independent exercisers by providing education and encouragement.
We will be launching a GoFundMe Campaign mid-February. Please support us as we take our program to the web and into surrounding communities.
Donated funds would be used to create a website, educational materials for parents, physical activity trackers, workbooks and other materials for teen participants.
We will also be creating an activity boot camp group fitness course that can be utilized in a variety of settings including in schools, youth centers and gyms.
